🛠️ Admin Configuration

To enable the attendance feature for employees, the Admin must first grant the necessary permissions in the system:

  1. Navigate to the Department Rights section.
  2. Select the relevant Company and Department (e.g., Technical Support).
  3. Locate the menu item NA | App Attendance (Row #63).
  4. Select the Read Write radio button to activate the functionality.
  5. Click Save.

📲 How to Check-In and Check-Out (Mobile App)

Once the admin grants access, employees can mark their attendance directly from their mobile devices:


🗓️ Attendance Regularization

If an employee forgets to check in/out or needs to correct an entry, they can use the Regularized Attendance feature:


Note: Ensure your GPS/Location services are enabled on your mobile device to allow the app to verify your location during Check-In and Check-Out.
