🛠️ Admin Configuration
To enable the attendance feature for employees, the Admin must first grant the necessary permissions in the system:
- Navigate to the Department Rights section.
- Select the relevant Company and Department (e.g., Technical Support).
- Locate the menu item NA | App Attendance (Row #63).
- Select the Read Write radio button to activate the functionality.
- Click Save.
📲 How to Check-In and Check-Out (Mobile App)
Once the admin grants access, employees can mark their attendance directly from their mobile devices:
- Login: Open the mobile application and log in with your credentials.
- Check-In: On the main dashboard, you will see a prominent In button (fingerprint icon). Tap this button to record your start time. Your current location and "Check IN" time will be captured.
- Check-Out: When finishing work, tap the Out button on the same dashboard to record your exit time.
🗓️ Attendance Regularization
If an employee forgets to check in/out or needs to correct an entry, they can use the Regularized Attendance feature:
- Request Entry: On the app home screen, tap the Regularized Attendance icon.
- Submission: Employees can submit a request to correct their attendance logs, which will then be sent for approval.
- Reporting: All Check-In/Out data and regularized entries are automatically compiled into reports for the management to review.
Note: Ensure your GPS/Location services are enabled on your mobile device to allow the app to verify your location during Check-In and Check-Out.
